MJ TYMAN M.A. 

Certified Pilates Instructor
MJ began her Pilates journey 28 years ago when she fell in love with the movement practice. After 10 years of personal practice, she became certified through Peak Pilates classical training program (2004). MJ offers a Whole Person Pilates model, connecting movement with breathwork and mindfulness. She owned her own studio in Denver (Elixir Pilates & Wellness 2005 -2015). until moving to Longmont where where she was instructing and managing a local studio (2016-2022). She is excited to now call Estes Park home and bring the magic and healing qualities of Pilates to the Estes Park community.

Jenn Lazetera M.S. 

Certified Pilates Instructor
Jennifer started practicing Pilates in 2013, and loved how it built up her strength, flexibility and mental health. Her career at the time was extremely stressful, and she looked forward to Pilates classes to help destress and move her body in a safe, low-impact manner. Jennifer is a graduate of Colorado School of Mines (BS and MS) and was a Petroleum Engineer for 11 years. After the downturn of the oil industry in 2015, Jennifer decided to make a career change, and completed a 500-hour comprehensive teacher training in 2016. Jennifer is the former owner of Club Pilates Sloan's Lake in Denver, and currently owns Club Pilates Old Town in Fort Collins. Jennifer uses her background as a scientist and engineer to look at the body bio-mechanically, and cue her clients with very clear and concise instruction.
